Time Away

While time away may look different depending on your role and location, we believe everyone needs time to step away and recharge. Team members have access to a range of paid time away options, including Flexible Time Away (FTA), vacation/PTO, and other paid leave programs, based on eligibility.

Summer Fridays

Summer weekends start a little earlier at SiriusXM. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, U.S.- based team members can wrap up Fridays at 12:30 p.m. local time, whether remote, in-office, or hybrid. International team members enjoy the first Friday off in June, July, and August.
